Mladic Out of Serbia’s Reach

Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic said that the UN’s Chief War Crimes Prosecutor Serge Brammertz has written that fugitive Ratko Mladic is “not within reach” of Serbia’s security services.
