Moldova’s top court ruled yesterday that the country’s parliament be dissolved from June for new elections to pave the way for the selection of a new president and end a year of political turmoil.

European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Stefan Fule arrives Wednesday in Belgrade. Fule will meet with Serbian top officials to discuss the EU integration of the country. It is expected Mr. Fule to confirm EU determination for Serbian accession to the EU after the state meet the requirements.
