KFOR, Serbs in northern Kosovo reach agreement on Brdjani conflict

PRISTINA, Kosovo Serbs in Mitrovica and KFOR commanders agreed on Tuesday (April 28th) that peacekeeping troops blocking the roads to the Brdjani district will withdraw.
