Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Mualem in a meeting with his Iranian counterpart Manouchehr Mottaki on Monday said that Damascus and Tehran share similar views about the need for anti-terrorism efforts in northern Iraq.

Iran’s Accredited ambassador to Yangon Mohsen Pak Ayeen said that the US and certain European countries have mobilized dependent and opportunist media to foment unrests and intensify crisis in Myanmar in a bid to implement a regime change plan in that country.

Iran announced that it is seeking to bolster cooperation with the republic of Azerbaijan in cultural and cinematic grounds.
