The civil war in Syria continues to pose a threat to Turkey, and the German government will continue to give support to the Turkish air force as part of the NATO mission, Germany’s Foreign Minister

Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Moualem said on Friday he had handed Russia plans for a ceasefire in Syria’s biggest city, Aleppo, and was ready to exchange lists with rebel forces on a possible prisoner swap. 

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Thursday urged the Syrian opposition to attend a key peace conference which aims at bringing an end to the three-year conflict in Syria.
