U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Cairo Wednesday to meet with Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi in his short trip. It’s Kerry’s second visit to Egypt in less than a month. He will discuss with Sisi a range of bilateral and regional issues.
