Hizbollah still attacking Israel

2107-soir-israel.jpgThe Israeli offensive has not yet succeeded in stopping Hizbollah rocket attacks. There have been several more barrages fired into the country during the day wounding at least 19 people. One report said up to 30 had been hurt. The coastal city of Haifa was once again among the targets.

One missile hit an apartment building in an initial salvo. A second wave of rockets struck a short time later. The fresh barrages came after the army said Hizbollah rocket attacks on Israel had dropped significantly. Hizbollah has fired more than 900 missiles in total at dozens of towns and villages, killing 15 Israeli civilians since the conflict erupted.
