Iranian Delegation to Visit Ivory Coast

A00954307.jpgAn Iranian delegation of industry owners and economic directors and managers is scheduled to pay a visit to Ivory Coast from 3 to 11 of September. According to the Ivory Coast embassy in Tehran, the delegation will be formed of industry owners and managers of the governmental and private sector in such fields as construction, auto-manufacturing, construction materials, food industries, pharmaceutical products, banking and media affairs.

The 30-member delegation is due to study economic, trade and investment opportunities existing in Ivory Coast.

In addition to talks with Ivory Coast officials, the Iranian delegation is scheduled to attend meetings with several other delegations from Benin, Mali, Cameroon and Liberia to promote Tehran’s economic and trade ties and cooperation with West Africa.

Ivory Coast has the second best economy in west and central Africa and is the first producer of Cacao in the world.
