The former head of state Vladimir Voronin asked the Prosecutor General’s Office (PG) to put off the questioning meeting set for January 22.
He filed an application to the PG on January 21.
According to the PG’s press service, in his application Voronin says he has a tight schedule, including a number of trips that cannot be postponed.
The application was accepted so that Vladimir Voronin will be questioned on January 25, starting at 12:00.
Initially, Vladimir Voronin was to be questioned as a witness in the case opened over the April 2009 events on January 22.
