Albanian intellectuals required President to give citizenship to all Albanians in the world

Albanian intellectuals required President Bamir Topi to give Albanian citizenship to all Albanians living all over the word. According to the intellectuals, Albania should give citizenship to all Albanians from ethnic Albania, which includes Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, South Serbia, Greek part of Chameria and the Albanian Diaspora, calling for amendments to the Constriction and adoption of the double citizenship principle at the example of the rest of the countries in the region.
