NATO soldiers stage exercise in Romania

Some 5,000 NATO soldiers and partner countries conducted training operations in Romania, followed by Romanian president.
The exercise runs until July 20th.
Romanian President Klaus Iohannis and head of the NATO Military Committee, General Petr Pavel, who is a two-day visit to Romania, they were received with military honors prior to exercises on
Saturday in Cincu, northwestern Romania.
The troops of Romania, the United States, Ukraine, Armenia and Croatia opened shots, assisted by US and Romanian air force.
Exercises conducted by the US military in Europe involve more than 25,000 soldiers from 20 allied countries and partners. United States tries to reassure the European allies concerned about Russia following the annexation of Crimea in 2014.
