Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad stressed that his country will not backtrack on the nuclear path even for one single step, saying that the Iranian nation has adopted a historical decision for making progress and reaching the peaks of perfection. “Enemies are striving to block our progress through launching propaganda and those bodies that they themselves have made,” Ahmadinejad said.
“Big powers have queued against us, because they are worried that our nation could set an example for the world nations, teaching them the path to freedom and overcoming oppression and that’s why they are showing strong resistance and opposition to our progress.”
He continued, “The Iranian nation will stand up to the end of the road and will not withdraw even for one single step. Enemies should know that the Iranian nation has adopted a historical decision for making progress and reach the heights of perfection.”
The president also underlined that enemies’ hues and cries, propaganda and psychological operations would not intimidate the Iranian nation.
He said the world arrogance is wrathful at the Iranian nation because Iran insists on its rights.
“I advise them to give up the attitude they have opted for because they are not capable of harming us,” Ahmadinejad reiterated.
He said that the west’s hues and cries will lead to nowhere but increased hatred of the Iranian nation for them.
“These measures of yours will be faced with the Iranian nation’s outcry,” the president warned.
