Envoy Terms Iran a Powerful International Actor

Iran is today viewed as a powerful and influential country on the international scene, Iran’s ambassador to Thailand said. Addressing a ceremony to mark the start of the new Iranian school year in Bangkok on Monday, Mohsen Pak Ayeen also added that his country’s growing power and influence is a result of the dedications and sacrifices made by the Iranian soldiers during the 8 years of the Iraqi imposed war on Iran.

He also stressed the need for all Iranians to defend moral values, religious identity and cultural heritage of the Islamic Iran.
