SARAJEVO Vijeće za implementaciju mira u BiH (PIC) vjerovatno do oktobra ove godine neće moći preporučiti ukidanje OHR-a, kazao je juče u Sarajevu Valentin Incko, visoki predstavnik međunarodne zajednice i specijalni predstavnik Evropske unije za BiH.
