Foreign Minister of the Czech Republic Karel Schwarzenberg voiced his country’s preparedness to develop ties with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki reminded his Serb counterpart that the three rounds of talks between Iran and the US sought to assist the Iraqi government with the establishment of security in that country.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad stressed the need for the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) to enhance its role and activities in the international arena in a bid to give a chance to its member states to pursue global changes.
