A Syrian shell landed on Monday in the city of Al-Qasr in northern Lebanon. The projectile caused no fatalities. Lebanon President Michel Suleiman 

A delegation of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, headed by parliament speaker Cemil Çiçek, is expected to arrive on a visit to Belgrade on Monday, April 15. During the visit to Serbia, Çiçek will meet with Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic, Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and Serbian counterpart Nebojsa Stefanovic.

An OSCE delegation will arrive in Georgia this week. The delegation includes the representative of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities, the Deputy Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani said at a press briefing on Monday.
