Serbian PM says elections in Kosovo had many problems

Serbia’s Prime Minister Ivica Dacic said on Tuesday there were many problems with holding the local elections in Kosovo.

He added that Pristina was trying to stress independence in every way, even though the Brussels agreement was neutral in terms of Kosovo’s status.

Progress in the talks with Pristina about holding the local elections in northern Kosovo will be closely tied to the holding of the first intergovernmental conferene between Serbia and the EU in January next year and Serbia’s progress in EU integration, he noted.
