Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit  Armenia on December 2, on a state visit. During his visit  Putin will hold talks with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan. 

Romanian Prime Minister Victor Ponta on Wednesday expressed Bucharest’s support for a bid by Montenegro to join the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the European Union (EU).
